Business between Brazil and Israel
have been growing in the past years. In addition to traditional businesses
there has been considerable growth in the exchange of innovation between the
two countries. On one side Israel has a vibrant innovation ecosystem. As a
country, Israel ranks in the top five most innovative hubs in the world. A
combination of factors that include a highly educated population, innovation
from the Israeli Defense Forces, a strong spirit of entrepreneurialism among
others make Israel a global producer of disruptive technology. On the other
side, Brazil has a population of more than 200 million, a continental internal
market that has become one of the most important globally for Facebook, Google,
Twitter to name a few. Despite the young venture capital industry, Brazil has
been growing considerably its investments in the asset class and the innovation
ecosystem has developed rapidly in the past few years.
