Piero Minardi é Senior Advisor da Warburg Pincus desde 2023. Anteriormente foi Socio Diretor da mesma gestora entre 2014 e 2022. Antes da Warburg Pincus, o Sr. Minardi atuou como Sócio do Grupo de Private Equity da Gavea Investimentos, gestora privada, de 2006 a 2014.
Anteriormente, atuou como Sócio do Private Equity, America do Sul, Cone Sul na Darby Overseas Investmentos, Diretor de Private Equity no Baring Private Equity Partners e AIG Capital Partners, e Diretor de Mergers & Acquisitions na Bunge International/Santista Alimentos.
O Sr. Minardi ocupou também posições senior no Banco Pactual, McKinsey & Company e Accenture. Foi Diretor no Conselho Administrativo de vinte companhias entre públicas e privadas. O Sr. Minardi foi Membro do Conselho Administrativo da EMPEA (Emerging Markets Private Equity Association) entre 2011 e 2015. É formado em Engenharia de Minas pela Escola Politécnica da USP, SP e possui MBA pela INSEAD, Fontainebleau, França.
Como profissional da área de Private Equity desde 1999, Piero Minardi tem trabalhado com investidores internacionais na captação de recursos e investimentos em Private Equity no Brasil. Fundos pelos quais atuou ou atua investiram mais de USD 8 bilhões em mais de 50 empresas no país.
Piero Minardi foi também conselheiro do EMPEA e, até 2015, o único representante latino americano no CA da entidade. É também parte do Latin America Concil da entidade.

Luiz Eugenio Junqueira Figueiredo

Former Head of Alternative Investments at BNP Paribas Asset Management Brasil for 4 years. Luiz Eugenio was a partner at Rio Bravo Investimentos since the firm's foundation in 2000. During 13 years at Rio Bravo Luiz Eugenio held relevant positions such as Head of Private Equity, Head of Real Estate Investments and Chief Operating Officer (COO). He was previously an officer at Banco Pactual's corporate finance group, where he specialized in financial institutions. Before joining Banco Pactual in 1997, he worked at Unibanco as a sell-side investment analyst and also at Price Waterhouse. Luiz Eugenio holds an Advanced Certificate for Senior Executives (AMP) from MIT Sloan School of Management (USA) and a BA in Economics from FAAP (Brazil).

Danilo Rafael Just Soares

Joaquim Lima is a Partner at Riverwood Capital, where he focuses on Brazil & Latin America. Prior to joining Riverwood in 2011, Joaquim was an Investment Officer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private investment arm of the World Bank Group, where he focused in the technology industry and other sectors in Latin America, based in Washington DC and São Paulo. Prior to that, Joaquim was an M&A/corporate development and IR executive with Brasil Telecom (PE-backed) and worked in investment banking at Citi in Brazil.
Joaquim holds an MSc in Finance from City University of London, where he was a Chevening Scholar, and a BSc degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).

Jorge Lange

Previously, Mr. Lange was a partner at XP Inc and head of fund of funds alternatives in the asset management group. Previously he worked for more than a decade as a senior executive at private equity firms, including Graycliff Partners and Partners Group. He started his career at Banco Itaú as an economist in 2003. He received a B.S. in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from London Business School.

Maria Cristina Penteado

Rafael Bassani

Rafael joined Spectra from its inception, where he shared in all earnings from growth of the company, which is now among the most active investors in America Latina in alternative assets with around BRL 6 billion of capital under management.
At Spectra, prospecting and relationship was involved in the most diverse strategies of investment, including Venture Capital, Search Funds, Real Assets, Legal Claims, Private Equity and Growth and Distressed, and all structuring activities, operations and membership of various boards of directors or investment committees of portfolio assets.
It also contributed to the creation of several management companies that were anchored by the funds of the home, helping to expand the industry in recent years.
Rafael is the creator, together with Insper and ABVCAP, of the research initiative for assets, a project that gave rise to more than 15 technical articles in the last 10 years, and manages the largest database in latin america on alternative assets in the world, hopefully with the dissemination of unique information about the industry to other participants.
He also led the prospecting, negotiation and structuring of secondary asset acquisitions illiquid assets, an initiative disseminated in Brazil by Spectra and important for promoting liquidity to industry participants to recycle capital into new growth strategies investment.
Within Spectra, he led an initiative to import and nationalize the practice of “Research Fund", a strategy that today represents more than 40 assets invested in Brazil, with more than BRL 1 billion in equity, and is an important professional alternative for the alternatives industry.
Rafael is also the founder of the Latin American Committee of Search Funds, which brings together key members and investors of the community to debate the tropicalization and improvement of the model in the region.
He is an elected member of the board of ABVCAP (Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital) since 2023, mandatory until 2026.
Rafael holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
