A fixed team of employees is responsible for executing the overall work program approved by the Association's Deliberative Council, managing institutional relations, and operationalizing the Association's activities, such as committees, events, training, studies, research, and projects.

Specific projects may be assigned to specialized consultants who assist and complement certain initiatives, such as agreements maintained by the organization. These consultants provide expertise to support the execution and enhancement of various activities within the Association.
