The program is an initiative of ABVCAP and Apexbrasil launched in 2009 with the objective of increasing the volume of foreign capital for the Brazilian private capital market (private equity and venture capital) as well as fostering innovation and competitiveness of the asset class on the global stage, supporting the development of the economy and Brazilian companies.

For the past 15 years, the program has helped more than 40 funds and companies to fundraise at least USD24 billion from foreign investors. The program has also accessed the four corners of the global hosting more than 150 missions in Brazil and in strategic international markets such as the United States, Canada, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, Japan, Saudi Arabia among many others.

The program has a team specialized and dedicated to investor relations providing customized service to international investors interested in learning about or updating themselves on opportunities in the Brazilian private capital market including direct or indirect investments.

The program also provides the same level of personalized services to Brazilian GPs and portfolio companies looking to fundraise abroad.
