ABVCAP 2017 Conference - São Paulo

On the week of June 5th, hundreds of private equity professionals from Brazil and abroad will gather in São Paulo for ABVCAP 2017 Annual Conference. This two-day event has become the principal meeting point for market practitioners looking to dive deep into the Brazilian private equity asset class through its content-rich agenda and unique networking opportunities. The largest conference of its kind in South America, the ABVCAP Annual Conference provides concentrated access to Brazil´s principal players with qualified updates on the most important regulatory changes, macroeconomic updates and their impact on the local ecosystem, its investment and exit flows as well as local PE and VC performance. 

The Annual Conference will take place on June 5-6 at the Santander Theater in São Paulo. International Limited Partners receive one gratuity to participate in the Conference and a special program will provide international LPs full logistical support in coordinating meetings and on-site introductions during the Conference as well as the days following it.

 Monday June 5th

ABVCAP Conference First Day - A room will be dedicated for international LPs to hold private meetings with GPs.

ABVCAP Conference Networking Cocktail

Tuesday June 6th 

7:30 am – 10:00 am             

LP Investor Morning Session - This is the fifth edition of a special LPs-only session that will discuss a wide variety of important LP-focused issues related to investments in PE in Brazil.

 10:00 am – 6:00 pm                 

ABVCAP Conference Second Day - A room will be dedicated for international LPs to hold private meetings with GPs.

Wednesday June 7th

9:00 am – 2:00 pm              

LPGP Business Rounds and Fund Manager Showcase - A special hosted event that enables participating international LPs to have back-to-back LP chosen meetings coordinated in one place in a private room. In addition they will also have the chance to receive updates on regulatory and market information as well as meet new fund managers in the market who will do brief presentations on their funds.

Additional coordination will assist international Limited Partners according to their needs on site, including private meetings with other local Limited Partners, fund managers, specialized law firms and portfolio companies of the investor´s interest.
