responsible for news coverage from Bloomberg's 10 bureaus in the region. Prior
to her current role, Arai was Brazil bureau chief, Mexico bureau chief and a
general assignment reporter in Mexico City. She joined Bloomberg News in 2004.
Before joining Bloomberg, Arai worked in various editorial positions for Dow
Jones Newswires in Sao Paulo, Brasilia and London and was a reporter for
Brazilian financial daily Gazeta Mercantil in Sao Paulo.

August 1997 and January 1999, having been in the four previous years, director

Ilan Goldfajn, Chief Economist at Itaú Unibanco and Partner Itau BBA He served as director of Economic Policy at the Brazilian Central Bank (2000-2003) and as an economist at the International Monetary Fund (1996-1999). He was a founding partner and manager at Ciano Investimentos (2007-2008) and a partner at Gávea Investimentos (2003-2006).He has acted as an advisor to international organizations such as the World Bank, the IMF, the UN, as well as the Brazilian government and private sector. Is the founder of LCE Capital Advisory, a São Paulo-based boutique that provides international sales/marketing and investor relations services to Brazilian private equity and hedge fund managers. Robert is currently the coordinator of International Investor Relations for ABVCAP – the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. He has worked in São Paulo since 1993 for a number of investment banks, private equity funds and alternative asset managers such as Banco Sul América, Rio Bravo, Vision Brazil, Crefisul and Deutsche Bank. Adauto Soares Ferreira Martins, Founding Partner of NEO Investimentos Is the partner responsible for investors relations at NEO Investimentos since the beginning of the operations in 2003. Before that was a Vice President in JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management’s Brazil unit. Since 1995, when he joined Banco Patrimonio de Investimento with the goal of structuring a fully-functioning sales department, he has maintained long lasting relationships with a wide array of pension funds and institutional clients. Wilson Rosa, Diretor of Advent International Joined Advent
International in 2007. He participated in the acquisition of Lojas Quero-Quero,
where he worked as CFO and Director of Financial Services in 2008 and 2009.
Since then, he has been responsible for analyzing potential investments in
retail, oil & gas and mining services in Brazil. Previously, he spent four
years with McKinsey & Co in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. He worked on
strategy, corporate governance, organization and operation projects for major
Latin American companies in different industries, including media, consumer
goods and utilities. Wilson also worked for Vivo, the main cell phone operator
in Brazil, as strategy and business development manager, where he was
responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Cesar Collier, Managing Director of Siguler Guff Is a Managing Director of Siguler Guff and head of the Firm's São Paulo office. He is a senior member of the BRIC investment team and sits on the Investment Committees for the BRIC Opportunities Funds. Mr. Collier was a Senior Vice President at Standard Bank Private Equity. He began his private equity career at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE) in 2007. Previously, held senior management positions with Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Royal Ahold and Bompreço, serving these major retailers in both financial and operational capacities. Clarisse Heck Machado, Manager of Investment Analysis of Real Grandeza Is the Investment Director Assistant of Real Grandeza - Fundação de Previdência e Assistência Social, the Pension Fund for Eletrobrás Furnas and Eletrobás Eletronuclear employees, and one of the largest institutional investors in Brazil with US$ 5,8 billions under management.

Mauricio Pereira, CIO, FUNCEF Prior to FUNCEF, he worked as Institutional Manager
and Executive Director of New Business Investments at Caixa Econômica Federal.
He was also on the Boards of Directors of Brazil Railways and Ferronorte,
Telemar, and Elo Serviços. Currently he holds the position of CIO of FUNCEF. Silvio Silveira Renato Rangel, the CEO of the Foundation
for Complementary Pension Funds of Itaipu - FIBRA (Fundação ITAIPU Brasil de
Previdência Complementar - FIBRA) Member of the Board
of ABRAPP - Brazilian Association of Closed Entities for Complementary Pension
Funds (Associação Brasileira das Entidades Fechadas de Previdência
Complementar); member of the National Technical Committee of Investments
of ABRAPP. As the CEO of FIBRA since 2006, he held prior positions as security
