ABVCAP commissioned a study from Tendências Consultoria on the impacts of the new tax system introduced by Constitutional Amendment No. 132 of December 20, 2023 (“Tax Reform”, “RT”), which created the Contribution on Goods and Services (CBS) and the Tax on Goods and Services (IBS), replacing the existing taxes.
